Mr. Sapp is the Band Director at Urbana City Schools for the past 23 years, an organist at Faith Lutheran Church in Dayton for 25 years, and the State of Ohio FFA Band Director since 2003. Mr. Sapp served on the Ohio Music Educators Association State Board for 4 years and the Alumni Committee for the Department of Music at Wright State University for 2 years.
