Amanda Reifsteck

Amanda Reifsteck is a dedicated law enforcement professional with extensive experience in security and administrative support. Currently serving as a Deputy and Court Security Officer at the Champaign County Sheriffs Office since May 2019, Amanda previously held the position of Office Support Specialist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where responsibilities included financial reconciliations and departmental requisitions. Amanda also completed an internship in the Patrol Division at Champaign County Sheriff's Department, which involved valuable hands-on law enforcement activities. Earlier roles include staff member at Rund Farms, Certified Paraoptometric Technician at Carle Foundation Hospital, and Certified Sterile Processing Technician, reflecting a diverse skill set and a strong background in both administrative and technical functions. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate of Science in Natural Sciences from Parkland College.
