William Taylor

William Taylor has a diverse work experience background. William started their career as a Sales Consultant at Simply Mac - Apple Premier Partner in July 2014. William then went on to hold various roles including Trade Specialist, Master Technician, and Service Manager. In July 2018, they joined Champaign Unit 4 Schools as a Computer Technician I. William was later promoted to IT Project Manager in December 2020 and then Assistant Director of Communications in July 2023.

William Taylor attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technical Systems Management. William also obtained various certifications from Apple, including Apple Certified Support Professional, Mac Integration Basics, and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician in May 2015. Additionally, they have an Apple Certified iOS Technician certification, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
