Paul Arends

Paul Arends is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, aerospace, and engineering. Currently, Paul serves as the Commercial Turbine Business Unit Manager at Champion Aerospace LLC, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the business unit's strategy. Previously, Paul operated KapAir Consulting, offering program review and organizational design services. As Principal at Stack'd Consulting, Paul focused on office start-up and team development in Edmonton while leading various engagements as a Senior Manager at MNP. Early in the career, Paul held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accurpress America, GAF, and MTS Systems Corporation, where expertise in quality control, manufacturing processes, and engineering design was honed. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from National American University.
