Erik Favors

Erik Favors has significant experience in various roles within customer service, sales, and employment support. Currently serving as a Medical Transportation Coordinator at One Call since July 2020, Erik also has been a Route Sales Representative for Champion Brands, Inc. since August 2016, specializing as a Red Bull Sales Representative. Prior roles include Job Coach at Operation New Hope, where expertise was focused on job placement for non-violent, non-sexual ex-offenders from February 2011 to August 2016, and Intake Specialist for the same organization’s Ready4Work program. Additionally, Erik worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys, handling customer issues across several projects, including a long-term assignment with Bank of America. Erik holds a degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and graduated from Bishop Kenny High School.
