Caroline Jennings

Caroline Jennings currently serves as an Equine Advisor - Racing Specialist at Champion Data since February 2023. Jennings has extensive experience in the equine industry, having previously worked as a Foal Handler at Foal NZ from January 2016 to February 2024 and as Head Trainer at Kennedy Racing from June 2019 to October 2022, where training efforts achieved a notable winning strike rate of 21% while developing two equine properties. Additionally, Jennings held the position of Senior Advisor for the Therapeutic Care Program at the Australian Childhood Foundation from June 2015 to July 2021, contributing to services designed to support and advocate for children affected by trauma. As the Founder and CEO of Equus Training Ireland from January 2008 to July 2021, Jennings focused on educating both humans and horses through customized training programs, and is a certified Monty Roberts Instructor. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science in Equine and Human Sport Science from WCG, earned between 2003 and 2005.
