Mike Wing currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Director of Talent Acquisition at Champion Fire & Security since January 2023. In addition, Mike Wing is the Founder of Unity to Spark Change, a role held since June 2020. Previously, Mike Wing was the Sprinkler Division Manager at Security Search and Consulting, Inc. from August 2015 to December 2022, and worked at Sprint as a Regional Top Talent Recruiter from November 2004 to August 2015.
