Michael S. Bagwell PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT is an experienced physical therapist specializing in orthopaedic and sports medicine. Currently working at Champion Sports Medicine since May 2020, Michael is responsible for evaluating patients and developing innovative outpatient treatment plans. As the Lead Physical Therapist at Lawson State Community College, Michael oversees clinical operations and mentorship. Previously, as Clinic Director at Results Physiotherapy, Michael led staff development, established relationships with local providers, and improved patient visit rates. Michael completed an orthopaedic and sports medicine fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute and has extensive experience working in various clinical settings, including inpatient acute care and outpatient sports orthopaedics. Michael earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Fort Hays State University.
