Susan Cronin

Susan Cronin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management, sales, and business operations. Currently serving as Manager/Owner at Champion System USA since February 2023, Susan oversees all day-to-day operations and collaborates on sales goals. As Co-Founder and Event Director of Grounded Nebraska LLC since August 2021, Susan has successfully launched an inclusive cycling event and managed all logistics, sponsorships, and marketing efforts, highlighting support for BIPOC and LGBTQIA athletes. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Champion System USA, where organizational systems were developed, and Office Manager at Factor Bikes, where new shipping procedures were established. Additional experience includes retail and administrative positions, demonstrating a diverse skill set and commitment to fostering inclusivity in sports. Susan holds a degree from Northwestern University.
