Mark Lively has extensive experience in engineering management within the manufactured housing industry, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Champion Home Builders, Inc. since December 2016, where responsibilities include leading the engineering team through a significant model transition and developing standardized construction designs. Previous roles include ownership at Lively Enterprises, and engineering management positions at Oak Creek Homes, Skyline Corporation, Blu Homes, and Expert Structures, focusing on design approval, CAD management, and project oversight. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed coursework in Mathematics at San Jose State University.
