Trey Willis is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in program management, community engagement, and teaching. Currently serving as the Director for the Fight for Literacy Games at Champions for Literacy, Trey has successfully increased program participation by 115% over two seasons. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Dean of Community Engagement at Believe Memphis Academy Charter School, significant efforts were made to assist families during the pandemic with housing, utility support, and virtual learning resources.
