Govind V Rajulu is the CHRO at Champions Group. Govind has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. Govind has a strong track record in building and leading successful teams.

Govind started their career with Mainstay Teleservices Pvt Ltd in 2003 as GM HR & Adm. Govind was with the company for three years and was responsible for setting up new HR practices, hiring sales executives, and implementing employee retention programs.

In 2006, Govind joined Span Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. as GM HR and Adm. Govind was with the company for four years and was responsible for growing the company continuously for six years in a row. Govind also took on a sales role during this time to better manage the sales team.

In 2010, Govind joined Strategic Outsourcing India Pvt Ltd as VP Operations. Govind was responsible for initiating the company into the Indian Govt Sector, managing PAN India Operations, and creating in-house capabilities to manage large scale mission mode projects. Govind also built the leadership team needed to take this initiative forward independently.

Govind joined Champions Group in 2012 and has been with the company ever since. In their current role as CHRO, they are responsible for leading the HR function and driving organizational success through people strategy.

Govind V Rajulu has an MBA in HR and Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Govind also has a BSc in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Govind has a Hr Sec in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Bilogy from Sainik School, AmaravathiNagar, Tamil Nadu. Govind also has certifications from LinkedIn in Asking Great Sales Questions and Value-Based Pricing. Finally, they have certifications from Thomas International in Personal Profiling Analaysis (PPA) and Tests for Selection and Training (TST).
