Dr. Elaine Young

Dr. Elaine Young is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in marketing, media, and esports management. Serving as the Department Chair and Professor at Champlain College since December 2000, Dr. Young manages academic programs and curriculum development while leading innovations in these fields. Additional roles include Program Director, Assistant Dean, and Associate Professor, focusing on digital marketing and e-business. Dr. Young is also a Faculty Fellow at the Leahy Center for Digital Investigation and a social media coach through EJYoung Consulting. With a PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University and numerous prior roles in communication and marketing, Dr. Young has established a strong foundation in education and practical application of digital strategies.
