Sarah Gayle

Sarah Gayle is an experienced property manager with a strong background in affordable housing. Currently, Sarah serves as the Property Manager at Champlain Housing Trust since August 2017, overseeing over 100 units. Previous roles include Director of Maintenance at Addison County Community Trust and Property Manager at Champlain Housing Trust. Sarah has also contributed to affordable housing development projects at NewBridge Services, Inc. and has experience in carpentry and education as a substitute teacher. With a Master's degree in NonProfit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Castleton University, Sarah combines a solid educational foundation with practical, hands-on experience in nonprofit housing and community service.
