Taylor Thibault has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Autism Interventionist at HowardCenter, providing specialized instructional and behavioral treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In 2015, they became a DTI Instructor at Edmunds Elementary School, providing one-on-one instruction to students with autism and developmental disabilities. From 2016 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Burlington Housing Authority, including SASH Coordinator, Resident Services Manager, Site-Based Retention Specialist, and Rental Assistance Programs Manager. In 2021, they joined the State of Vermont - Department for Children & Families as a Reach Up Case Manager. Currently, in 2022, they are working as an Associate Director of Hotel Operations and Homelessness Prevention Initiatives at Champlain Housing Trust.

Taylor Thibault received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Childhood Education with a concentration in Social Sciences from the State University of New York Cortland in the years 2009-2013.
