Tom Dulapa

Tom Dulapa has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Tom currently holds the position of President & Chief Operating Officer at Champlain Insurance Group, where they lead various aspects of the business, including operations, underwriting, revenue generation, claims, and administration. Tom'srole also involves talent development and strengthening the team culture within the organization. Prior to their current role, Tom served as the Chief Operating Officer at Champlain Insurance Group and as the Executive Vice President at WestCongress Insurance Services LLC. Tom also held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations at First Mercury Financial Corporation. Tom's early career includes their role as Vice President/Controller at CoverX Corporation, where they oversaw various responsibilities such as coordinating with IT and operations staff, managing facilities planning and vendor relations, developing internal controls and improvement processes, and overseeing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Additionally, they were responsible for the timely production of statutory and internal financial reports and correspondence with states regarding premium tax filings and premium/loss exhibits. Tom also supervised the investment portfolio during their tenure at CoverX Corporation.
