ChampOS is an AI-native operating system for restaurants.

Restaurants run on software built for human hands. The data an operator needs already sits in the POS, but getting to it means ten pages of menus. The interface is the tax.

Our first product, Relay, removes the worst of it. Staff talk to the guest and the order writes itself into the POS - dine-in, to-go, and phone, with a real human in every conversation. We remove the typing, not the hospitality. Relay is live today across all servers and hosts at our first restaurant, with a second pilot onboarding.

Every POS knows what a guest ordered. We are the only system that also knows what was said. That data builds ChampOS: an AI manager that runs the floor in real time and the back office autonomously.

Founded by two brothers who grew up working their family's restaurant.
