Andy Switky

Andy Switky is the Founder of Code Name Collective, LLC, where Andy helps clients design complex systems to improve transparency and effectiveness. Andy is also a Lecturer at Stanford University in the School of Engineering, teaching popular courses in materials, manufacturing, and design. In addition, Andy is the Board Co-Chair at NOVA Workforce Board, an Innovation Partner at SRI International, and has experience as an Associate Partner at IDEO. Andy holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
