Prasanna Bairy

Prasanna Bairy has extensive experience in finance and management roles. PRASANNA is currently serving as the Vice President of Chamundi Die Cast Pvt. Ltd. In their previous positions, they worked as the General Manager of Finance & Company Secretary at DISA INDIA LIMITED from December 2016 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were the GM Finance at D.P.K. ENGINEERS PRIVATE LTD. from March 2010 to November 2016. Prasanna also held the role of Manager - Finance & Accounts at ORGANICA AROMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED from October 2007 to March 2010. PRASANNA was responsible for finance and accounts, taxation, ERP implementation, costing, budgeting, and MIS in this role.

Prasanna Bairy has a diverse education history in the field of accounting and finance. In 1996, they completed a degree in Chartered Accountancy (ACA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Following this, in 2006, they obtained a degree in Cost Accounting and Management (ACMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, specializing in areas such as costing and financial management. In 2013, Prasanna pursued further studies in corporate laws and securities laws, earning a degree in Company Secretarial Practice (ACS) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Finally, in 2015, they completed advanced case studies in the field of accounting, obtaining the ACA qualification from ICAEW.
