Lauren Small

Lauren Small is a dedicated Clinical Oncology Social Worker with significant experience providing psychosocial support to cancer patients and their families at CSSIFM since July 2017. Since February 2016, Lauren has also operated a private psychotherapy practice, specializing in evidence-based treatments for individuals and couples facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and medical illness. Previous roles include Oncology Social Worker at Providence St. John's Health Center, Clinical Social Worker at Cambridge Health Alliance, and an internship at Mount Auburn Hospital, with a focus on oncology social work. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Marketing from The George Washington University.
