Glyn Burleigh Sheard is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in learning and development (L&D) and employee experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development and Employee Experience at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative LLC since November 2020, Glyn leads efforts to enhance employee potential and foster engagement. Previous roles include Global L&D & DEI Leader at KAYAK and OpenTable, where strategies were developed for over 2,500 employees, and Senior Manager of Learning Development at Agoda, focusing on integrating company cultures. Glyn has also held positions at Google as a Commercial Learning Program Manager, at Groupon as Head of Talent & Development, and at News International as Senior L&D Business Partner/HRBP, among others. Glyn's background encompasses designing impactful training programs and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams across various industries.
