Jake Lerner

Jake Lerner is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford, building on a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Jake has diverse professional experience, having served as a Product Security Engineer at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and as a Policy Advisor for the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). Additionally, Jake worked as a Member of the Technical Staff focused on Web Application Security at Cisco Meraki, where previous experience also included a role as a Software Engineering Intern. Jake's governance experience is highlighted by a position on the Board of Directors for the Berkeley Student Cooperative.
