Tim Armstrong is currently the Staff Research Operations Manager for Education at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, beginning in April 2024. Previously, Tim served as the Research Operations Manager at Grammarly from April 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading the User Research team's operations and developing processes to scale research efforts. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Caltech, where Tim managed research operations for the Emotion and Social Cognition Lab, facilitated coordination among multiple labs, and contributed to various capacities as a Senior Research Technician and Research Technician. Early career roles include working as a Behavioral Interventionist at Comprehensive Autism Services and as an Undergrad Research Assistant at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
