Chanakya University
Kumar Subham is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the social sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of India House since August 2024, where the focus is on developing innovative leadership programs for young change agents. As an Advisor and Founding Director of the Sewa Fellowship since January 2021, Kumar developed a grassroots leadership program with a highly selective acceptance rate and nurtures ongoing fellows. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Sewa International, where organizational restructuring and significant fundraising were achieved, and editorial work at Zee Media Corporation Limited. As Co-Founder and Director of Rashtram School of Public Leadership, Kumar contributed to educational initiatives aimed at cultivating public leaders. Kumar also has experience in technology as a Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics and an intern at Reliance Jio Infocomm. Educationally, Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

The faculty at Chanakya University is comprised of renowned industry and academic leaders working in tandem with accomplished academicians and educationists, with Dr. M.K.Sridhar, our Founder-Chancellor, and Dr. Yashvantha Dongre, our first Vice-Chancellor, at the helm.
