Brittany Duffy is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including behavioral health, education, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, and Education since July 2021, Brittany has previously held roles such as Recruiter at LEAD Public Schools and Director of Talent Acquisition at HHS- Resorts and Hospitality. Brittany has demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as building client relationships and developing a deep understanding of industry-specific needs.
