Jennifer Dalbey

Jennifer Dalbey currently serves as the Director of Ombudsman Educational Services in Walnut Grove, part of ChanceLight Behavioral Health, where alternative education programs support at-risk middle and high school students. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Quest Forward Academy Omaha, including Senior Mentor and Mentor Coach, and was instrumental in opening a new school utilizing innovative education strategies. Jennifer also served as Academy Administrator and Quest Forward Learning Coach at Rubicon Academies Neighborhood Co-op, and previously worked as a teacher at Omaha Public Schools, where significant contributions were made to curriculum development. An experienced consultant, Jennifer has provided training and development for numerous organizations, specializing in communication, leadership, and employee relations. Educational credentials include multiple degrees from the University of Nebraska institutions and College of Saint Mary.
