Tyler Small is an educational leader with extensive experience in primary and secondary education. Currently serving as the Athletic Director at Piedmont Unified School District, Tyler has held various leadership roles including Regional Vice President of Operations at Spectrum Center Schools and Programs and Principal at Five Keys Schools and Programs. With a Master’s degree in School Administration/Principalship K-12 from Ball State University, Tyler is skilled in nonprofit organizations, coaching, instructional design, and admissions, having also worked as an Education Liaison for the Indiana Department of Child Services.
