Andrew Farrer

Andrew Farrer is a seasoned development professional currently serving as Development Manager at Chancerygate since September 2021. Previously, Andrew held various roles at Peel L&P, including Development Director for Business Parks and Development Manager, where a personal network was leveraged to identify revenue opportunities for clients including Bidfood and Lidl. Andrew's experience extends to CBRE as Associate Director in the National Logistics & Industrial Agency, providing strategic disposal and acquisition advice for a diverse clientele. Prior roles also include Business Space Agency at Lambert Smith Hampton, Asset Management Surveyor at Hansteen Holdings Plc, and Property Asset Management Surveyor at Spencer Holdings Ltd, where a portfolio of 30 industrial estates was managed. Andrew's career commenced as a Graduate Surveyor at Atisreal Ltd, following a graduate training scheme and initial experience at NAI Fuller Peiser. Educationally, Andrew holds an MSc in Real Estate Management and a BA (Hons) in History & Sociology, specializing in Real Estate from Northumbria University.
