Matthew Young

Matthew Young is currently the Development Director at Chancerygate, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Matthew served as a Development Manager at Chancerygate from 2019 to 2023, where they were responsible for acquiring development sites and securing planning consents. Matthew's earlier roles included Graduate Development Surveyor at Savills and Kier Property Developments Limited, where they managed significant development schemes and transactions. Matthew earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management with distinction from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Plymouth.
