Phillippa Twohig-Howell is a Financial Analyst at Chancerygate, with responsibilities that include identifying market opportunities, developing investment appraisals, producing funding reports, and monitoring performance of current schemes. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton, where Phillippa prepared appraisals, advised on project feasibility, and produced tailored valuation reports. Additional experience encompasses front-of-house roles in hospitality, work experience in commercial property consulting, and assisting at a wedding venue. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter.
