Richard Bains

Richard Baines is the Managing Director at Chancerygate, the UK's largest multi-unit industrial developer and asset manager. Prior to this role, he served as a Partner and head of UK business at Rockspring. He has a background in fund management and surveying, with experience at companies like The CIT Group, Baring Houston and Saunders, and Cluttons LLP. Richard holds a Bsc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading.
