ChanceryGreen advises on all aspects of environment law and strategy. We specialise in large infrastructure and complex development projects.

We provide legal advice that cuts through the noise and complexity of doing business under New Zealand’s resource management system and which wholly integrates with the strategic goals of our clients. We deliver pragmatic and tailored service based on to-the-point legal analysis and staunch advocacy.

Our Partners pride themselves on their hands-on approach, which ties in with our distinctive structure. We maintain a ratio of partners to other lawyers higher than other firms, focusing on matters that require the attention, experience, and judgment of our partners. Our clients tell us that this delivers true value to them.

Our work includes:
•	Major project consenting
•	Plan changes/reviews
•	Environmental litigation and dispute resolution
•	Environmental compliance/enforcement issues
•	Environmental due diligence
•	Legislation and policy reform
•	Strategic advice on environmental matters
