Bill Lovell

Bill Lovell is a Master Instructor at CHAND LLC, where Bill trains USCG. Prior to that, Bill was a Senior Instructor at VSD, LLC from 2008 to 2011, serving as an Eng./DC instructor. Bill also held the title of DCCM at US Navy from 1980 to 2004. Bill Lovell attended Lansdown Sr. High in Baltimore, Maryland.
