Rick Ball

Rick Ball brings over 30 years of extensive experience in military sea service and training, primarily with the U.S. Coast Guard and CHAND. Currently serving as the Training and Human Performance Supervisor, Master Instructor, and Senior Instructor at CHAND, Rick has held numerous roles including consultant and project officer, focusing on maritime security, safety, and project management. Notable achievements include managing critical government contracts for flood control and maritime programs, as well as mentoring developing countries in maritime law enforcement skills. Rick's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Management from Delgado Community College and extensive military training through American Military University.
