Islam Monem

Islam Monem is an experienced firefighter currently serving at the Chandler Fire Department since October 2020. Prior to this role, Islam worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for the Mesa Fire and Medical Department and held a position as a Patient Care Technician at HonorHealth. With a background in customer service from roles as a bartender and server at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que and Buffalo Wing Factory, Islam has developed strong skills in customer relations, team building, mentorship, training, and conflict resolution. Islam holds an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Mesa Community College and an additional Associate's degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
