Hendratno Koen is an experienced professional in the field of reliability and maintenance engineering, currently serving as the Predictive Maintenance (Static Equipment) Section Manager at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk since January 2015, following a role as Senior Reliability/Maintenance Engineer. Prior experience includes the position of Lead Reliability & Maintenance Engineer at Trinseo, where responsibilities encompassed annual maintenance budgeting, the implementation of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and serving as the focal point for equipment re-certification to meet safety regulations. Additionally, Hendratno held roles at The Dow Chemical Company as an Improvement/Plant Engineer, managing project budgets and compliance analyses, and at San Miguel Corporation as a Production Engineer, supporting new plant startups and training. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Diponegoro.
