Cole C.

Cole C. currently serves as a Member at Chief since 2024 and holds multiple roles in technology and innovation strategy at CHANEL, effective 2023. Previously, Cole significantly contributed to Apple from 2014 to 2023 in various capacities, focusing on store journey design, omnichannel shopping and fulfillment, and mobile technologies. Prior to this, Cole managed retail operations at Nordstrom from August 2011 to September 2014 and was a Personal Shopping Lead at Apple from 2007 to 2009. Cole is an alumnus of Kellogg Executive Education and Washington University in St. Louis.
