David Lamy

David Lamy has extensive experience in human resources, having held key positions at renowned organizations. Lamy served as the Director of Global HR Services and HR Director for Field Sales at Coca-Cola Enterprises from December 2011 to September 2015. Lamy was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Paris 2024 from May 2018 to December 2019 and has held various roles at Apple, including EMEIA Employee/Labor Relations Director from October 2015 to April 2018. Previous positions include VP of Human Resources at Starbucks and HR Manager at AIR FRANCE (SERVAIR). Lamy has also been involved in change management and labor relations, notably as Corporate Labor Relation Director at Parfums Christian Dior and as Chief Human Resources Officer at La Redoute. Recently, Lamy co-founded IDea4HR and currently leads as the Human Resources Director for Iberia at CHANEL, with additional responsibilities as the People Solution and HR Optimization Director at CHANEL since December 2023. Lamy holds a master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université Panthéon Assas and an MBA in Strategic Human Resources from Université Paul Valéry.
