Catherine Guillot

Catherine GUILLOT is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and labor relations. Since January 2014, Catherine has held various senior roles at Dassault Systèmes, including Human Resources Director for France, Iberia, Middle-East, and Africa, and Global Human Resources Director for Marketing and Organisation Performance. In these roles, Catherine has successfully led the design and implementation of workforce planning models, integrated new acquisitions, and managed talent development initiatives. Prior to Dassault Systèmes, Catherine worked at Société Générale as In House Counsel in Employment Law and held various management roles focused on restructuring and international labor relations. Earlier career experience includes working as a lawyer in Employment and Labor Law at FIDAL and CABINET BARTHELEMY. Catherine holds a CAPA from EFB PARIS and a DEA from Université Paris Cité.
