Ilker Bal serves as the Head of Business Development at CHANEL since November 2023. Previously, Ilker co-founded and held the role of COO at Hızlı Ecza from September 2021 to August 2023, leading the implementation of business models and overseeing structural and operational management for the HEQC platform. Ilker's extensive experience includes serving as Corporate Ecommerce and CRM Lead at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and as Brand Manager for Beck’s at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Earlier roles included positions at L'Oreal S.A. as Senior Product Manager for Garnier and Vichy, and as a Marketing Strategist at Leo Burnett. Academic qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Koç University and a Master's in Strategic Communications Management from Galatasaray University.
