Lenny Grossi

Lenny Grossi currently holds the position of SVP, Head of Talent & Development at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Lenny served as VP of People Operations, Insights, and Digital Transformation at Atlassian from January 2022 to February 2024, where Lenny led the global people strategy encompassing various areas such as people operations, research, and digital employee experience. Lenny's experience at The Walt Disney Company includes serving as VP of People Insights, where Lenny developed a center-of-excellence for data-driven HR, and as VP of Talent Acquisition, focusing on talent acquisition for major divisions. Additionally, Lenny spent six years at Blizzard Entertainment as Senior Director, Talent & HR Tech, and previously served as Director of Global Human Resources at Rockstar Games, where Lenny built the global recruiting function. Lenny also contributed as Director of Business Development at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and as an Agent at Endeavor. Lenny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the University of San Diego.
