Julia Roussat

Julia Roussat has extensive experience in supply chain management and operational excellence, predominantly at CHANEL from November 2013 to the present. Currently serving as Directrice Gouvernance et Transformation Supply Chain, Roussat leads transformative initiatives across operations while championing circularity through Reverse Supply Chain processes. Previous roles include Directrice des opérations et du développement commercial, where Roussat supported a startup in circularity, and various management positions focused on optimization and efficiency within the fashion division. Prior to CHANEL, Roussat worked at L'Oréal, contributing to subcontracting efficiency and production planning, and held a position as Ingenieur SHE, overseeing environmental health and safety initiatives. A graduate with an engineering degree in Chemistry, Roussat has skillfully managed projects that enhance production systems and improve overall supply chain performance.
