Laura Freeman is an accomplished professional in digital insights and strategy, currently serving as Head of Digital Insights & Strategy at CHANEL since April 2017. Throughout their tenure at CHANEL, Laura has held multiple leadership roles, including Group Director of Digital Insights & Strategy and Lead of Digital Client Experience & Intelligence. Prior to joining CHANEL, Laura gained valuable experience at Moda Operandi, Inc., where roles included Merchandise Planner and Associate Planner, as well as at Macy's as a Merchandise Assistant and through the Executive Development Program. Laura began their career as a Summer Analyst at England & Company. Academically, Laura Freeman holds a B.B.A. with a focus in Finance, Marketing, and International Emphasis from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and pursued studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
