Laure Arroyas

Laure Arroyas is currently the Lead Product Manager e-services Europe at CHANEL, where they manage a dedicated team focused on appointment and queue management systems. Previously, Laure held the position of Senior Project Manager for client experience at CHANEL, contributing to the development of e-commerce features. Their diverse professional background includes roles in digital marketing and communication at organizations such as Thalys International, Niji, and L'Oréal. Laure holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management from NEOMA Business School and a Master's in Management from Liverpool John Moores University. In 2011, Laure embarked on a seven-month journey exploring cultures in Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.
