Louisa Esch

Louisa Esch currently serves as a Junior HR Business Partner at CHANEL, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Louisa accumulated extensive experience at Bauer Media Group from August 2016 to November 2023, where positions held included HR Specialist, Junior HR Manager for Young Professionals, HR Administrator, and involvement as a dual student in Media and Communication Management, along with an apprenticeship in Digital and Print Media Management. Louisa completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Media and Communication Management at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University from October 2019 to September 2022, and obtained qualifications as a Media Management Professional for Digital and Print from Berufliche Schule für Medien und Kommunikation between August 2016 and January 2019.
