William Lathrop

William Lathrop is a highly skilled Senior Artisan in the Fashion Division at CHANEL, where responsibilities include serving the US region since April 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Admissions Office Assistant at the Rhode Island School of Design from October 2015 to June 2018, where tasks involved processing applications, leading visitor tours, and managing outreach events. Additionally, Lathrop worked as a Studio Assistant at Philip Sawyer Designs & Associates LLC in the summer of 2017, focusing on garment patterning and bespoke tailoring. Early career experience includes a role as a Barista at Starbucks from 2014 to 2015. Lathrop holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Apparel Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and an Associate’s degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Bucks County Community College.
