Yan Xu currently serves as the Head of Organization Development & Talent Management for CHANEL in the APAC region, overseeing the People Solution function and leading transformation initiatives for the Future of Asia. Prior to this role, Yan held significant positions at Microsoft, including Human Resources Director and Talent & Development Director for Greater China, where responsibilities included leading HR business partner teams and developing talent strategies. Yan also worked at Merck Group as the Regional Lead of Talent & Development Asia, providing consulting services and guiding talent initiatives across the region. Previous experience includes roles at Royal Dutch Shell, Lenovo, and McKinsey & Company, with a solid educational background in Business Administration from UCF College of Business.
