Yana Peel

Yana Peel serves as the Global Head of Arts and Culture at CHANEL since March 2020. Prior to this role, Yana held the position of CEO at Serpentine Galleries from July 2016 to June 2019 and at Intelligence Squared Group from January 2013 to July 2016. Yana co-founded Intelligence Squared Asia, serving as Co-Founder and Director from February 2009 to July 2013, and co-founded Outset Contemporary Art Fund, where Yana was Co-Director from February 2003 to February 2010. Earlier in Yana's career, extensive experience at Goldman Sachs spanned from February 1997 to February 2003, culminating in the role of Vice President/Executive Director in Hedge Fund Sales. Yana's educational background includes a Harvard Kennedy Executive Education Module, a BA Honours in Russian Studies, Magna Cum Laude, from McGill University, a Diploma in Economics with Distinction from the London School of Economics, and completion of the Oxford University Leadership Programme at the Blavatnik School of Management.
