William Mancuso

William Mancuso began their work experience as a Police Cadet at the Rockland County New York Sheriff's Patrol in June 1974. William then joined the United States Secret Service in September 1976, where they were assigned to the White House Branch and worked on Foreign Missions and Vice President duties until January 1978. Following their time with the Secret Service, Mancuso joined the Charles County Sheriff's Office in January 1978 and held various roles, including Patrol Officer, Patrol Sector Supervisor, Patrol Shift Commander, Traffic Operations, Detective, and Detective Sergeant. William served in this position until December 2004. In April 2005, Mancuso transitioned to Chaney Enterprises as the Corporate Director of Safety and Security. In this role, they worked with OSHA, MSHA, and DOT, conducted accident investigations and training, and performed mine safety audits and inspections at sand and gravel plants and mine sites.

William Mancuso has a strong background in criminal justice education. In 1969, they graduated from North Rockland High School with a high school degree. Following this, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice at SUNY at Rockland from 1974 to 1976.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills in this field, Mancuso completed various training programs. In 1976 and 1977, they attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and the United States Secret Service Academy, respectively, to receive training in criminal justice and executive protection. In 1978, they enrolled in the Prince Georges County Police Academy, further expanding their knowledge in criminal justice.

Later, in 2003, Mancuso sought additional education and training. William briefly attended the F.B.I. National Academy and the University of Virginia, focusing on criminal justice.

In addition to their education, Mancuso obtained a certification in OSHA 30-hour Construction from OSHA in April 2012.
