Peter Y. Chang

Peter is on the board of Chang Holding Company and WealthBridge Accounting.

For over 30 years he served as Owner and President of National Cycle Accessories, a motorcycle and ATV parts, accessories, and service company based out of Sacramento, California. For years Peter was awarded the service and maintenance contract for the California Highway Police Motorcycle Division in Sacramento.

Peter was also the Owner and President of Lucy's Lavanderia, a laundry service company based in Southern California. He previously worked at Hahn Cycle, one of the first Korean-American motorcycle parts and accessories distributorships in the country.

He is originally from Seoul, South Korea and speaks fluent Korean and helps manage Chang Holding Operations in Korea and China. He is an expert in EB5 financing, green energy technologies, and the import/export wholesale and retail business.

He attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), majoring in economics. He served in Republic of Korea (ROK) Army as a Korean Augmentation To the United States Army (KATUSA) with the 8th Army based out of Seoul, South Korea.

He is married to Debra D. Chang and is the father of David S. Chang, and Esther Chang Blair, who is a Graduate and Undergraduate Academy Advisor at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
